Masters 2025 – Staff Picks & Predictions!
The Masters Tournament is almost here, and excitement is building for one of the most prestigious events in golf. As Augusta National prepares to host the world’s best players, our staff have put their predictions on the line. Who will be slipping into the Green Jacket this year? Here’s who we’re backing:
The Favourite – Ludvig Åberg
It seems our team has a strong belief in the young Swedish star! James, Andy (each way), and Shaun are all tipping Åberg to make a breakthrough at Augusta. It’ll be exciting to see if he can go one better than last year in The Masters tournament.
The English Hope – Tommy Fleetwood
Fran and Glyn are backing Fleetwood to finally claim his first major title. A consistent performer in big events, could this be the year he converts his talent into a Green Jacket?
Defending Champion – Jon Rahm
Deb is putting her faith in a past champion. Rahm’s ability to shape shots around Augusta and his fearless approach make him a solid choice for the title.
The Grand Slam Chase – Rory McIlroy
Brad is backing Rory to finally complete the career Grand Slam. McIlroy has had his chances at Augusta before—will 2025 be the year he gets over the line?
The World No.1 – Scottie Scheffler
Derek believes Scheffler’s all-round game will see him add another Masters title to his resume. With his incredible consistency, he’s certainly one to watch.
The Underdog – Collin Morikawa
