Switch It Up!
A flexible “off-season” option for members who want to keep swinging, even when conditions are less than ideal.
How the Switch Option Works
From October through February, you can choose to switch your Course Membership into a
Driving Range Membership. Instead of normal course playing rights, you’ll receive weekly basket allocations.
At the end of February, your membership will automatically revert to Course Membership, unless you switch back earlier.
Basket Allocations (per week)
Membership Type | Balls per Basket | Number of Baskets | Total Balls per Week |
---|---|---|---|
7-Day Member | 75 balls | 2 | 150 balls |
5-Day Member | 50 balls | 2 | 100 balls |
Junior Member | 30 balls | 2 | 60 balls |
Note: Baskets do not roll over — it’s strictly two baskets per week.
Why Consider Switching?
- October–February are often the coldest, rainiest months, when course conditions are at their worst.
- Rather than paying full membership and getting limited play, you can keep your swing sharp and maximize value.
- If you do want to play during a switch period, you’ll be offered the lowest affiliate rate or you can revert to Course Membership at any time.
Terms & Conditions
- You may switch from Course → Range at any point between October and February.
- Once switched, you’ll receive:
- 7-Day: 2 × 75-ball baskets per week
- 5-Day: 2 × 50-ball baskets per week
- Junior: 2 × 30-ball baskets per week
- No rolling over of unused baskets (you cannot bank them).
- You can only switch membership once each way (i.e. one switch to Range, one switch back).
- At the end of February, all memberships will automatically revert to Course status, unless switched back earlier.
- Switching is optional — if you prefer to remain on Course Membership all year, you’re welcome to do so.
- If you wish to play the course while on Range status, you will be charged the lowest affiliate rate.
- The club reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Switch option on future seasons (but we’ll always give notice).
