OPENING HOURS
The course is open from 8am daily for affiliate and non-members. The course is open to full 5/7 day members from 07:30. You must book your start time using our online booking system or by calling Reception on 01246 813111 (please do not leave messages requesting start times) as we do not allow players to just turn up any more. LOCAL RULES AND COURSE ETIQUETTE
Please take time to familiarise yourself with our local rules – these are printed on the reverse of our scorecards and can also be found on our FAQ page. In particular, we draw your attention to the following:
- Out of Bounds – which is beyond all boundary fences/walls, beyond all white posts (left hand side on the 2nd and right hand side on the 9th***) and balls landing on the driving range.
- Keep up with the speed of play and let faster players through.
- Please, please, please repair your pitchmarks – here’s a ‘how to repair your pitchmarks‘ video – and we now insist on all players carrying a pitch repair tool with them.
- No bag sharing allowed – each player must have their own set of clubs in their own golf bag.
***The 9th fairway runs alongside the back of the 5th green – we have many complaints of golfers trying to get over the pond in one shot playing over the 5th green, and have had a couple of instances where people on the 5th green have been hit. Please play an appropriate tee shot on the 9th.
