Competitions...

We run weekly competitions EVERY Saturday through the year and also on Monday Evenings from April til’

September/October. Entering these Competitions is a great way to meet new golf mates but also to get an early tee time

on a Saturday morning, So here’s the details:

Time:        

Saturdays – 8am Start

Mondays –  6pm Start

Format:  

9 hole Individual stableford (Points) using WHS or BLGC Affiliate handicap

Entry:  

£2.50 plus your usual green fee.

Prize: 

Prize winner/s will depend on number of entries, but we aim for 30% of entrants getting a prize (dependant on

ties)  For example:  9 players = 3 prizes 1st, 2nd and 3rd, 12 players = 4 prizes and so on.  £1.50 of the entry fees will be

given back in prizes with the remaining £1 donated to our Charity of the Year at the end of the season.  Our chosen

charity this year is Bluebell Wood.

T’s & C’s and FAQ’s

To play in these events you  must be Affiliate or Full members.  If you don’t have a WHS handicap you must gain a BLGC

handicap by handing in 2 scorecards to James or Andy who will calculate your handicap.

Please book online via your online booking account (under ‘Tournaments’).

Entry closes 24 hours before competition start time.

Your start time will be assigned to your online account at least 6 hours before the comp start time so please check your

account for your start time.

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your start time.
