You may have noticed our new height restricted entrance gate installed recently in an effort to stop unwanted guests and lorries from Dobbies churning up our car park by using it as a turning circle.
We are now looking for a mini digger that we can use to scrape the surface back and get rid of some of the nasty potholes. It will also come in handy for our planned drainage work and when we do greens maintenance. You may have also noticed designated parking spaces appearing as we are in the process of having the car park lined.
Now there is a height-restricted barrier to enter the car park, the maximum vehicle height is 2.5 meters. If your vehicle is taller than this, you’ll need the lock code to enter. The code is changed on the 1st of every month, so you’ll need to call reception on 01246 813111 to get the access code for the lock. We understand it’s a little annoying at first and ask you to close the barrier immediately after use. We just want to keep out unwanted vehicles and make our car park a bit smarter until we can afford to have it completely resurfaced (£25K by the way so waaaayyy down the priority list!!).
