If you’re looking for a fun way to keep your game sharp through the colder months, our Winter Round Robin Competition is perfect for you! This will run
along side our usual Saturday morning social competition.
This friendly format means everyone gets plenty of golf — no early knockouts here. Each player will face everyone else in their group, collecting points
along the way for wins and draws. Once the group stages are finished, the top two players will face off to decide the overall winner.
How It Works
Each match is 9 holes – Pay for your green fee like usual before you play.
Scoring: Win = 3 points | Draw = 1 point | Loss = 0 points.
Fixtures are flexible — arrange your matches with your group whenever it suits you.
The leaderboard will be held in reception in the clubhouse, updating as results come in.
All you need is a WHS handicap or a BLGC handicap (you can get one from James by handing in two recent 9-hole scorecards).
How to Enter
Entry Fee is £5 – some of which will go to charity, the other will go to some prizes at the end.
Pop into golf reception to sign up — we’ll add your name to the draw and get the fixtures started.
